Valley of Fire State Park is 50 miles east of Las Vegas. While Vegas may have the lights, this place has the color! This is one of the greatest concentrations of multi-colored, swirled sandstone I've ever encountered. If this rock bred with Arches and Canyonlands.....now then you'd have something!
