Ribbon of Light

There are stream beds, stones and low sandstone walls coated with caliche, a mineral salt crust.  My self-assigned task was use it as the subject.  It's also known as "efflorescence."  You could say and I do say that I used the luminescence of the efflorescence as the highlight of this image of desert essence!
